Payment & Refund Policy

We understand plans can change, and we aim to keep our policy fair while protecting the quality of each experience.

1. Simple, Transparent Booking

To reserve your spot, a $500 CAD deposit is required.
The remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the first scheduled event.

We keep our policy clear, fair, and straightforward:

  • 31+ days before the first scheduled event
    Receive a full refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit

  • 15–30 days before the first scheduled event
    50% of your remaining balance will be refunded

  • 14 days or less before the first scheduled event
    All payments are non-refundable

If your plans change early, your deposit may be transferred to a future Global Singles Socials experience within 12 months.

2. Peace of Mind

If we need to cancel an experience for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us.

Experiences are subject to a minimum number of participants to operate.

Flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements are booked independently, giving you full flexibility and control over your trip.
Any changes, fees, or cancellations related to these bookings are managed directly with the respective providers.
